I was purchasing this for my mother for Christmas, but now I will just look elsewhere for a better product. The first attempt at ordering, the display arrived in a box with flimsy styrofoam packing. When I opened it, the display was broken in two pieces.

I returned this one and ordered a second one in its place, and the second one just arrived today… BROKEN.

I called Amazon and they stated the best they could do is give me an instant refund and advise that if it arrived broken the first two times, it will probably continue to arrive broken every time after that. Completely ridiculous. Will never buy a KCF product again.
